We are pleased to announce that the general meeting of shareholders of Drukarnia LCL sp. z o.o., Printing House LCL Ltd. has decided to transform the company into public limited company.
On 2nd January 2008 LCL PLC was signed up into the Polish Court Register.
All other data concerning the company apart from the name of the company and the number in the Polish Court’s Register remain unchanged.
